Spotlight - Nova AI

When we introduced AI-powered end-to-end (E2E) test generation, our customers quickly pointed out that creating tests isn’t the biggest challenge in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The real obstacles lie in getting fast, actionable feedback from test execution and maintaining tests over time. In many companies, E2E testing still happens late in the release process, rather than being integrated seamlessly into pull requests.

This disconnect slows development cycles and leaves issues undiscovered until the final stages, increasing the workload on teams when time is tight. Shifting testing earlier—closer to the coding phase—helps teams catch regressions sooner. However, this requires efficient tools that allow tests to run frictionlessly within pull requests, providing feedback quickly and without wasting developers’ time.

To solve this, we built a hybrid test builder that makes it easy to create tests through AI, manual recordings, or hand-written steps. Coupled with customer session tracking, it ensures tests stay relevant by automatically aligning them with critical user behaviors. Our platform enables these tests to run across multiple devices within pull requests, with the entire suite executed in parallel. This way, developers receive comprehensive feedback within minutes—regardless of the number of tests—keeping the feedback loop tight and test maintenance painless.

Join us for 2nd ever GenAI Salon, with Jerry Liu (CEO at LlamaIndex) and Ben Firshman (Founder & CEO at Replicate), at the new W&B offices!

Jerry is going to talk about how the world has started to shift from simple RAG stacks, which are mostly good for answering pointed questions, to agents that can more autonomously reason over a diverse set of inputs, and interleave retrieval and tool use to produce sophisticated outputs. Building a reliable multi-agent system is challenging. There’s a core question of developer ergonomics and production deployment – what makes sense outside a notebook setting. In this talk, Jerry will outline some core building blocks for building advanced research assistants!

Ben will dig into the Replicate story, focusing on two main concepts: how he and the Replicate team grew their business to millions of users, and what kinds of products and projects they are seeing people build with AI. This presentation will be a great opportunity to learn about the business side of our industry, as well as a chance to get inspiration from millions of builders.

Every company sees the potential of GenAI, but most teams hit a wall when turning it into scalable, production-ready applications. This series of master classes will equip you with the practical skills to build and deploy GenAI solutions that deliver real impact.

In this immersive program, you’ll:

  • Build a GenAI app in class: Get hands-on experience designing and implementing a working GenAI solution from start to finish.

  • Master RAG: Learn how to integrate retrieval with generation to build AI systems that dynamically pull from vast knowledge bases, delivering more accurate, contextually relevant, and up-to-date responses. In this section, you'll explore retrieval strategies, optimize how your models fetch and generate data, and fine-tune the balance between retrieval and generation for maximum performance in real-world applications.

  • Build intelligent agents: Develop autonomous systems that don’t just generate outputs but actively make decisions, adapt to changing data, and perform tasks in real-time. These agents can automate complex workflows, handle unpredictable environments, and continuously learn, allowing you to build smarter, more responsive applications that drive efficiency and innovation in your business.

  • Scale and Productionize AI Systems: Master techniques for building scalable, secure, and robust AI systems. Covering topics like red teaming, hallucination prevention, guardrails, evaluations, performance tuning, and data pipelines at scale.
